Logan Stratton Brumit

Mt. Juliet – Logan Stratton Brumit was called home to the Father on Tuesday, May 14, 2019. He was born February 24, 1988 in New Orleans Louisiana.

He is survived and loved by parents Charlie and Kathy Brumit of Mt Juliet; brother Clint Brumit of Nashville; grandparents Don and June Campbell of Hermitage; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and his beloved dog Jack. God answered our prayers when he gave us Logan through the gift of adoption when he was four weeks old and he answered them again when Logan was baptized into Jesus Christ on August 31, 2002. He loved the outdoors, cars, hiking, rock climbing and every animal he ever met. He was a brother, son, artist, soldier, mechanic, friend, and child of the King. He spent six years as an United States Army Firefighter and served honorably in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.

His family will receive visitors from 12pm till 3pm on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Donelson Church of Christ with a memorial service to follow at 3pm. Burial with military honors will take place at 1pm on Monday, May 20, 2019 at the Nashville National Cemetery.
